1. Money order from abroad

Foreign guests can pay for their reservations to our account by money order.


2. Terms of payment

According to our Terms of payment of reservation can be done in 2 ways: full payment can be made right after reservation confirmation or in 2 instalments. If you opt for the 2 instalments, advance payment is executed right after reservation confirmation, and reservation balance is to be paid until the date stated in the calculation/proforma invoice, which you will receive from us after reservation confirmation.

Amount of advance payment and amounts and dates of balance payment/total price varies according to type of service/reservation:

Private accommodation, rural estates, villas, hotels, tourist settlements, wellness packages
100% of the price of accommodation upon granted inquiry (necessary in case there are less than 6 weeks until arrival)
30% of the price of accommodation upon granted inquiry,
70% of the price of accommodation minimally 6 weeks prior to the beginning of reservation
Vessels (sailing boats, yachts, catamarans)
100% of the price of accommodation upon granted inquiry (necessary in case there is less than 8 weeks before date of arrival)
50% of the price of accommodation on the vessel upon granted inquiry
50% of the price of accommodation on the vessel minimally 8 weeks before the first day of reservation
School of sailing, cruising, tours
100% of the price of reservation upon granted inquiry (necessary in case there is less than 6 weeks before date of arrival)
50% of the price of reservation upon granted inquiry
50% of the price of reservation minimally 6 weeks before the first day of reservation
Lighthouses
100% of the total price for accommodation upon granted inquiry (necessary if there is less than 8 weeks before date of arrival)
50% of the total price of reservation upon granted inquiry
50% of the total price of reservation minimally 8 weeks prior to the beginning of reservation
Rent a car, day trips
100% of the total price upon confirmation of reservation
In al case’s we charge a 20,00 euro administration/booking costs.

3. Payment receipt

• Upon payment of the advance in the amount of 30% of the total you will receive confirmation of payment and information on the booked accommodation.
• Upon payment of the 70% of the total or the balance you will receive the Bill specifying all payments made and the Voucher containing the following:

1. Host, address, phone number / Hotel name, address,
phone number
2. Reservation holder, name and address
3. Number of guests
4. Paid for services, date of arrival and date of departure,
confirmation of the sojourn tax payment
5. Paid service, dates of arrival and departure of guests,
the note about the paid sojourn tax
